Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include all original tags (if applicable).
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

The return address will be provided after your return request has been approved by our support team.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- The wrong product

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, simply request a return (if eligible). Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason.
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
